Billy White Roofing

Insulation

Insulation provides three main benefits: increased comfort, reduced energy use and money savings. These three benefits are also great reasons to look into improving or increasing the insulation in your home or business. The team at Billy White Roofing has extensive experience with blow-in insulation and the installation of proper ventilation. We always meet or exceed the national code for building insulation as set by the U.S. Department of Energy. We proudly offer insulation products from following brands:

CertainTeed

As the inventor of Premium Blowing Wool insulation, CertainTeed is a leading developer of premier fiber-glass insulation. They offer a number of high-efficiency insulation products that are designed to provide better coverage, longer performance and superior fire resistance.

InsulSafe® SP
InsulSafe® SP is CertainTeed's flagship fiber glass blowing insulation. Because it is engineered to cover up to 20% more square footage per bag, it can be blown in more effectively and be just as thermally efficient while using less. When compared side-by-side to cheaper cellulose insulation in fire resistance tests, InsulSafe® SP is the winner, providing a peace of mind that is virtually priceless. Benefits of InsulSafe® SP include:

Owens Corning

More than 50 years ago, Owens Corning invented glass fiber, which is the same material still used in the majority of insulation applications throughout residential and commercial buildings today. Their full line of PINK insulation products, which includes the AttiCat® line of blown-in insulation, has always been renowned for its long-lasting performance.

AttiCat® Blown-In Insulation System
AttiCat® Expanding Blown-In PINK Fiberglas™ Insulation is specially formulated to be used with the AttiCat® Insulation Blowing Machine. The machine gives it its insulating power by fluffing the fibers of the material to create millions of miniscule air pockets. The fiberglass is then further conditioned throughout the length of the hose as it's blasted throughout your attic. Because all of the conditioning is done inside the machine, it creates no mess and very little fiber dust. Best of all, Fiberglas™ insulation does not settle, helping keep your energy savings up over time.
